Due to the nature of our products, all items sold are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because of this, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below.

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This is because digital files cannot be returned once they have been accessed or downloaded.

2. Exceptions

We are happy to assist and may offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same product

• You did not receive your download due to a technical issue

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened

• You received the wrong product
